Big thinking to deliver big results. Originally coming to Throttl for help with an updated website, it was clear they first needed defining a clear strategic positioning and overarching Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to stand out in an extremely competitive marketplace.
After extensive pre-planning, strategists travelled from Sydney to Manila for three days of intensive workshops, followed by comprehensive strategy documentation, and briefs into the creative teams.
Sprint planning then followed for a comprehensive nine months of asset production process, seeing the successful completion of 200+ deliverables, coordinated through the Throttl app, and both teams supported by the Throttl digital growth advisers.
The project was challenged by the COVID-19 outbreak. This required the EMAPTA team to stabilise their operation, while the Throttl teams pressed on with their new requirements. Both teams were able to overcome the unforeseen challenges and progress the project through to completion.
