Synnch is a software platform that helps Australian businesses manage their R&D activities to give them empowered confidence that their record keeping will receive the tick of approval from AusIndustry and the ATO. Prior to launching their software, a basic website had been developed for Synnch but it needed improvements and SEO architecture developed. Not only that, but the operations side of the business was just in the idea phase, and needed to be planned step by step in a simple process that the busy team could follow. To allow for a simple operations process, marketing automation was needed to be delivered behind the scenes.
