Digital product in need of specialised digital marketing help

Synnch is a software platform that helps Australian businesses manage their R&D activities to give them empowered confidence that their record keeping will receive the tick of approval from AusIndustry and the ATO. Prior to launching their software, a basic website had been developed for Synnch but it needed improvements and SEO architecture developed. Not only that, but the operations side of the business was just in the idea phase, and needed to be planned step by step in a simple process that the busy team could follow. To allow for a simple operations process, marketing automation was needed to be delivered behind the scenes.

Andrew, Founder and Director of Synnch, is a very busy entrepreneur, operating multiple businesses. With Andrew’s time being very limited, the team needed to stay very organised and really understand Andrew’s vision for Synnch, as well as the fears, frustrations, wants and desires of their end customer. Being a new business, a lot of the questions that arose had not been answered yet, so it was important that the workers asked the important questions, and used their expertise and initiative to work through what they could. This worked well for Andrew, who didn’t have the time or expertise to put together a detailed brief, but could assist in providing feedback and iterations to polish off the work for a great outcome.

Brand loyalty to Throttl: Ongoing optimisation and improvements to the CRM after witnessing its performance and benefits, the introduction of landing pages, as well as purchasing a video production package.
